The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to the center of Evora. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a separate area for the ensuite and wardrobe. The service was extremely nice and forthcoming, making us feel welcomed. The dining experience offered a nice variety of choices, both hot and cold, although it lacked some novelty after a week-long stay.
The hotel had spacious rooms with super comfortable beds and a balcony facing the garden but cleanliness could have been better, and there was a lapse in cleaning one day. The service was friendly and helpful, with a special gesture of champagne for our wedding anniversary, but they seemed a bit disorganized during breakfast rush hour. The location was excellent, easy walking distance to the center of Evora, inside the old city, fairly close to the bus station. The dining experience was generally good with a variety of food options, but not as impressive as the restaurant. The facilities were decent, offering a nice amount of choices, but there is room for improvement.
